Mini Coffin Box Template

I tried searching and came up empty. Thank you in advance for your help! Martha stewart coffin treat box. Cardstock or cardboard to make a template; I tried it the other night, and i felt like a complete moron.:confused:

Five in one template from stampin' up!™ Thank you in advance for your help! It's suitable for your average vampire, skeleton, etc. Tricky atc closed here's a picture open: I was able to tape the bottom together, but the top part doesn't have any tabs to make it stick together.
