I can't find a picture, but i can send you one. Hope some of you can get some use out. I have included an equipment sheet that can be printed on the backs. I made it with the intention of having everything you need gameplay wise on a single sheet and in more clear of a design than the standard.

Here is the notes page that u/emptimynd asked for. I used the screen snip tool (ctrl+shift+s on windows or cmd+shift+4 on mac), then used gimp to stretch out and resize the boxes and insert the text (set the sheet size as 8.5 x 11 since it's printable in theory). I have included an equipment sheet that can be printed on.

When wotc released the character sheet folder a few years back, one of the sheets included was their standard sheet, but with the rp boxes (traits, ideals, etc) gone and with the features and traits box stretched to take up the entire side of the page.
