Lug Nut Size Chart

Does anyone else find it difficult to remove or tighten the wheel lug nuts on the 18rims. I came across some aluminum rims off a tundra, sans lug nuts. Eventually, the cap gets so loose that the nut underneath gets rounded off and unable to. The sae size might fit, but there is always a chance that after a tire.
